Terms and Conditions for Gift Cards:

  1. The Gift Card is issued by Skywampa and can be redeemed for merchandise or services on our designated website.

  2. The Gift Card is not refundable, exchangeable for cash, or replaceable if lost, stolen, or damaged. Please treat it like cash.

  3. The Gift Card has no expiration date and no fees are charged for its use.

  4. The Gift Card can be used multiple times until the remaining balance is depleted. Any unused balance will remain on the Gift Card for future purchases.

  5. The Gift Card cannot be resold or transferred for value. If we suspect any fraudulent activity or misuse, we reserve the right to cancel the Gift Card.

  6. The Gift Card balance cannot be redeemed or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.

  7. Additional terms and conditions may apply for specific promotions or offers associated with the Gift Card. These will be communicated separately and should be reviewed and adhered to accordingly.

  8. Skywampa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards or any unauthorized use. Please safeguard your Gift Card and treat it like cash.

  9. The use of the Gift Card constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at our discretion and without prior notice.
