- Refunds are available for products that are defective, damaged during shipping, or do not match the specifications as described on our website.

- Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for a refund unless they are defective or damaged.
- Please note: We are not responsible for errors in the artwork you submit. It is your responsibility to review your artwork for accuracy before submission. We cannot offer refunds for mistakes that were present in the submitted artwork.

- We may request supporting evidence (such as photographs or videos) to verify the issue with the product.
- Once your refund request is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping:
